OUR PROCESS
Let’s talk about your project! Here, we’ll discuss your budget, explore product samples, and find out how to make your dream floors a reality. Once meeting with you in your home or at our showroom, we’ll return an estimate to you within 48 hours.
Once we’ve picked out products and discussed a timeline, we’re ready to start building! Before we begin, you’ll be provided a detailed “What To Expect” document with tips on how to get the most out of our time together. Our professional team ensures an efficient installation, flexibility around your schedule, and is there to also make sure all your questions are answered.
At the end of the project, you’ll have an opportunity to join us on a final walkthrough – our favorite part! We’ll also provide you with instructions for routine maintenance and cleaning before we wrap up.
